As a Senior Tax Manager for a "big four" accounting firm I was responsible for tax planning, consulting and tax return preparation for multi-national and multi-state public and privately held businesses as well as individuals, family groups and tax-exempt entities.
I have experience with multi-state filings in most all 50 states and with international income tax issues. I have also served as the business advisor helping privately held businesses plan the sale or acquisition of a business or the transition of a business to the next generation.
My primary focus has always been as a trusted business advisor to privately held businesses and business owners.
